Saatchi Gallery

in 2014 Storystock worked with artist and writer Amy Gadney to create a bespoke audio guide to accompany the 4 month long exhibition – Pangaea – art from Africa and Latin America. We used the extraordinary works of art to produce a family Audio guide like no other. The children were taken through the exhibition while the characters from the paintings and sculptures talked to each other and the individual listener. It gave a highly unusual and fascinating perspective on the idea of narrative through any medium. A huge success.

Bellport NYC

Storystock’s first foray state-side this was a fabulous collaboration with Elizabeth Starkey and Isabella Rossellini at Isabella’s farm in Bellport Long Island USA. Elizabeth’s vision to create a family festival of stories was a perfect fit for Storystock to help advise on. We brought out our fairytale characters for performances in the woods by local acting group children, and assisted in the general production of the day. A delight all round.

Hinton Hullabaloo

Storystock produced a very special day of books and stories at Hinton Manor in Dorset. To raise awareness of the Eloise & Katie Memorial Trust we put on a day to remember. Collaborating with a whole host of local creatives the space was transformed into a magical world of stories. There were owls and falcons, dancing couples, dinosaurs being brought to life, magical mythical creatures, Michael Morpurgo’s Where My Wellies Take Me, cakes, costumes and all the fun of the fair.

Independent Schools Show

Storystock was asked to add a little bit of storytime fun to the hugely successful Independent Schools Show in Battersea Park. To accompany the comprehensive line-up of Independent Schools we offered an area to listen to stories, read books and try out a bit of writing of ones own. A fun addition to any programme.
